These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings made with Nataraja Residency, Chidambaram, whether made through this website, by phone, or in person. By making a reservation with us, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.
1. Booking Terms
- All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of payment or booking confirmation from Nataraja Residency.
- Guests must provide accurate personal details, including name, contact number, and expected date and time of arrival, at the time of booking.
- Room rates displayed at the time of booking are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- Bookings made online through our payment partner Razorpay are confirmed instantly upon successful payment authorisation.
2. Guest Responsibilities
- Guests are required to present valid government-issued photo identification at the time of check-in, in accordance with applicable law.
- Guests are responsible for the safekeeping of their personal belongings during their stay.
- Any damage caused to hotel property, furniture, or fittings by a guest will be charged to the guest at applicable repair or replacement cost.
- Guests are expected to maintain reasonable standards of conduct and must not disturb the peace of other guests or staff.
3. Hotel Responsibilities
- Nataraja Residency will provide the room type and services booked and confirmed, subject to availability at the time of check-in.
- In the rare event that a confirmed room is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a comparable room or a full refund of amounts paid for the affected stay.
- We are committed to maintaining cleanliness, functioning amenities, and safety standards across the property.
4. Payment Terms
- We accept payment via UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, and Cash.
- Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Full payment or an advance, as specified at the time of booking, may be required to confirm a reservation.
- Any balance amount due is payable at check-in or check-out, as applicable.
- All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR).
5. Check-in and Check-out Timings

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and may attract additional charges, to be confirmed with the front desk in advance.
6. Property Rules
- Smoking is not permitted inside guest rooms or common indoor areas.
- Outside visitors are not permitted in guest rooms without prior approval from the front desk.
- The hotel reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any guest found engaging in unlawful, unsafe, or disruptive behaviour.
- Use of the AC hall for events or functions is subject to a separate booking and advance notice to the management.
7. Liability Limitations
Nataraja Residency shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings of guests, except where such loss or damage is caused directly by the negligence of hotel staff. The hotel's liability, where applicable, shall not exceed the total value of the booking in question.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with a booking shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chidambaram, Tamil Nadu.
